Hier sind drei Tipps, wie Sie Ihre Phasmiden gut unterbringen können!
1 - Schauen Sie sich den Zustand Ihrer Tiere genau an! Unsere Pakete werden unter den besten Bedingungen versendet. Dennoch raten wir Ihnen dringend, den Zustand Ihrer Phasmiden bei der Ankunft sorgfältig zu überprüfen. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn sich einige während des Versands gehäutet haben.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Beobachtung durch die Transportbox und ohne Berührungen erfolgen muss. Vermeiden Sie auf jeden Fall weiteren Stress für Ihre Insekten!
2 - Bereiten Sie das Terrarium vor! Obwohl wir bei L'insecterie alles daran setzen, dass jedes Tier gut transportiert wird, kann es sein, dass Ihre Tiere bei der Ankunft etwas gestresst sind. Wir empfehlen Ihnen daher, vor dem Transport ein Terrarium einzurichten, um die Haltungsbedingungen zu optimieren und Ihren Tieren zusätzlichen Stress zu ersparen!
Richten Sie daher Ihr Terrarium mit möglichst vielen Verstecken ein, zumindest für den Beginn der Aufzucht, und testen Sie vorher die Temperatur und die Luftfeuchtigkeit! Es ist wichtig, das Terrarium mit Futterpflanzen zu bestücken, um die Phasmiden zum Fressen zu animieren. Wenn alles in Ordnung ist, setzen Sie die Insekten vorsichtig ein, ohne sie zu manipulieren.
3 - Lassen Sie die Insekten sich akklimatisieren! Sobald Ihr Paket angekommen ist, stellen Sie es in den Zuchtraum, indem Sie es öffnen, ohne die Tiere auszupacken. So kann sich die Temperatur ausgleichen und die Tiere werden vor einem zu großen Schock bewahrt. Nach etwa 20 Minuten nehmen Sie die Phasmiden aus der Box und setzen sie in Ihr Terrarium. Sie werden in den ersten Tagen eine ruhige Umgebung ohne jegliche Stressfaktoren schätzen.
